Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free for all orders with ground shipping inside the US. Standard shipped items arrive in 3-10 business days. If you would like your order to get there faster, we have different shipping methods available at checkout.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Datura Studio.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure you love your clothes. If you want to ask for a different size, or choose another direction altogether, we are here to help.
If you want to return something, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include your order number and the reason for your return. For refunds we'll accept unworn, unwashed items up to 14 days after the day you received your order. Once we receive your return in perfect conditions we can fully refund you. Refunds can take from 7 to 14 business days. Returns sent after our 14 day return policy will be processed as 'store-credit' only. All sales are final after 20 days of purchase. Datura is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Only in New York state (sorry NY!). Everywhere else pays our listed price.
International Orders (Outside US)
Please note all customers are responsible for all customs duties incurred. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Datura is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
