Lucillia Chenel’s career started in fashion but soon evolved into a more art-based vocation.Always wanting to carve her own path, Lucillia now refers to herself as an ‘image creator’, working with Ultra Moderne,  the boutique she co-founded and Instagram to showcase her aesthetic. 

With a thirst for art but not wanting to take traditional routes, Lucillia pours her passions into Ultra Moderne, a store and gallery devoted to vintage furniture, accessories and lighting from the 1970s and 1980s. Located in Paris’ Marais district, the boutique’s vibrant selection features works from Ettore Sottsass, Verner Panton and Pierre Paulin. 

We met up with Lucillia at Ultra Moderne and shot her in and around the Marais wearing the Ruby Red Satin Kimono Dress and the Polka Silk Lola Blouse.
