Léa
Floch-Baylet
We first met Léa about 8 years ago, she had moved to New York a few years earlier to work for Sonia Rykiel. Lèa fell in love with Brooklyn’s nightlife, and spent her free time visiting art galleries or taking boxing lessons.
After more than 10 years in the fashion industry, she realized that her life needed new stimulation and a dynamic change. So, in the summer of 2020, she decided to return to her hometown, Paris, to dedicate herself to another of her greatest passions and turn it into a profession. This is where we meet her again, at “Casa Lea”, the personal studio where she prepares all the dishes for the exquisite catering services she provides.
Her cuisine is mainly vegetarian and vegan and made using local products that encourage the discovery of new ingredients and the sharing of unique flavors.
Léa brings to the table not only her influences acquired in New York and Paris, but also everything she's been fascinated by during her travels in Asia, Mexico, and the Mediterranean. Her lifelong trips around the world have served as a complete inspiration for her food.
Casa Lea's cuisine is as creative as it is classically gourmet, and always aims to exceed the expectations of her customers.
Though she is now fully dedicated to her career as a chef, her love for fashion has never waned.
In fact, Léa provides catering and cooking for events of stalwart fashion brands such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
Léa wears the Egyptian Blue Striped Paul Shirt, the Egyptian Blue Striped Nara Top and the Burgundy Striped Judo Pants in her kitchen. Then, she wears the Sky Blue Linen Paul Blouse and the Burgundy Striped Judo Skirt.
