We first met Grace through her famed food at former-restaurant, Patiki Beach in the Port of Sóller, Mallorca.
It’s an idyllic spot and the lowkey-but-elevated plates turned lunch on the island into something extra special.

She grew up a little all over the place as a young child, but Mallorca was always a place she returned to.
The island represents home to Grace; its coves and mountains, wrapped in a rainbow of flowers and wild fruits that change with the seasons are the perfect environment to soothe and inspire.

As a child, Grace and her sister always felt lucky to have a mother who would do anything to nourish them with natural foods. They always ate meals together, and as a family of four these moments were a daily celebration - a time of sharing that she remembers with great joy. 
Only now, as an adult, does she realize that she has always attempted to emulate her mother 
by putting only wholesome food on the table.

“We opened Patiki as a family on a whim with just about no experience between us. 
I ran the kitchen there for four years which was an absolutely exhausting joy bomb. It felt like we were children 
playing a game of ‘restaurants’” Grace describes running a restaurant as being the head of a circus, full of many different characters and colors. 
After four years, however, the time had come to step away and recharge her energy.

Since then she’s created the menu for the opening season at Hotel Corazón, and become a mother, luxuriating in that ‘greatest love bomb’ for the last few months.

Cooking has always been where Grace finds herself and re-centers, left alone to potter in the kitchen is such 
an innate experience for her, almost meditation-like.So what’s next for Grace Berrow? Well, we hear whispers of a new project and platform to showcase her gastronomic prowess, and as we all know, creating plates of beautiful, nutritious food to fill people’s bellies is her happiest place!

Grace revealed to us that she loves the whole process of seeking out ingredients and, in her mind, 
gently combining them with other flavors to create a plate of food to bring the eater sustenance and pleasure. 
Her food aims to show the beauty of these ingredients, enhancing their innate brilliance. - “It’s like dancing for me”, she said.

Grace wears the Caramel Raw Silk Carmen Dress, then in the kitchen she wears the White Heavy Linen Ren Shirt and the Pearl Silk Velvet Judo Pants. Later on, in her garden, the Lemon Butter Raw Silk Paul Blouse and matching Lemon Butter Dupion Judo Pants.
