Dasha grew up in Arkansas, where she met and fell in love with her high-school sweetheart, Dan. Fifteen years ago they moved to New York where her career and family life has blossomed.
After stints as a buyer for multiple companies, Dasha landed the role of Brand Co-Ordinator at Veda. A short break and two beautiful babies later, she was appointed Veda Sales Director.
As her creative side developed, a career pivot beckoned and Dasha focused on conceptualizing and helping create Canal Street Market. She spent a year as the market’s Creative Director before more freelance projects arose for companies such as Refinery29 and the beginning of her relationship with Man Repeller where she became their in-house Director of Product Development.
2020 see yet another change of direction for Dasha and she’s exciting to be joining progressive real estate group, Fields Grade. Dasha says “Fields Grade is very forward thinking company and has big plans to do a lot of innovative work in the real estate world. All this is to say, I feel very thankful to be able to do what I love and be apart of the whole process with them.”
When she’s not working, Dasha loves to get creative with her family, right now they’re in the middle of a old schoolhouse renovation project in Upstate NY - we cannot wait to see it when it’s finished!
We shot Dasha in Two Bridges, Chinatown in the skate park across her apartment where she spends a lot of her time (the kids favorite hangout) She wears the power suit; the Terra Wool Blazer and Terra Wool Judo Pants paired with the Gold Amber Satin Ren Blouse and later the Ruby Red Satin Ava Dress.
